When you use GeoSpy AI, the following may be processed:

• Photos you submit: When you choose a photo for location analysis, the image is transmitted directly to Google LLC’s Gemini AI API for processing. The photo is analyzed in real time and is not stored on our servers. Google processes the image in accordance with its own Privacy Policy (policies.google.com).
• Device information: Basic technical device information used for app functionality and stability.
• Usage & diagnostics: Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports that help us improve the App.

How We Use Information

Information is used solely to provide and improve the App’s features — analyzing photos to estimate their location, keeping the App reliable, and understanding aggregate usage. We do not sell your personal data.

Data Retention

Submitted photos are processed in real time and are not retained by us after analysis. Diagnostic and usage data are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Third-Party Services

GeoSpy AI relies on Google services (including the Gemini AI API and Firebase) for analysis, configuration, and diagnostics. Their use of data is governed by Google’s privacy terms.

Children

GeoSpy AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
