By downloading, installing, or using GeoSpy AI (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The Service

GeoSpy AI is a location-prediction service that uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos and estimate where they were taken. The service is provided “as is,” and all predictions are estimates only and may be inaccurate.

Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by GeoSpy AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of the photos you upload.

Subscriptions

• GeoSpy AI offers optional premium subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies.
• Prices may change with prior notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use GeoSpy AI lawfully and not to misuse the service, including submitting content you do not have the right to use or attempting to disrupt the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoSpy AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
